To facilitate the construction of footings and services, 13 structures required dewatering spears.
Assessments, approvals and 5 C licenses were required under the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914.
Enveng personal worked with the structural, civil and drainage engineers and identified alternatives and opportunities to reduce the depth of footings, cut and services to reduce the draw-down height and dewatering volumes. In addition, the team worked with the program engineers to plan activities that likely required dewatering to be scheduled during the low rainfall months where practicable.
The team conducted investigations and assessments for approvals and 5 C licenses with over 360 mega litres water being intermittently treated and pumped over a 14 month period.
